1. Returns

To be eligible for a return:



  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:



  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items on sale or marked as non-returnable

  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Shipping Returns


  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:



  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:



  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will replace the item or refund you at no extra cost.

8. Exchanges

9. Cancellations


  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process.
